We are seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our remote team. This role offers a combination of base salary, commission, and bonus opportunities, giving you the potential to earn between $60,000 and $100,000 annually based on performance.

• Identify and reach out to prospective clients through live leads and referral sources.
• Consult with clients and potential clients to evaluate their overall insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage.
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication through phone calls and emails.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

• Must hold a valid insurance license prior to starting the position.
• Comfortable conducting sales over the phone and via email.
• Strong time management skills to effectively manage leads and follow-up activities.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
