Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Establish and maintain meaningful connections with new and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed sales targets by presenting and promoting a variety of insurance products tailored to individual client needs.
Account Management: Regularly review client accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and offer additional services as needed.
Compliance: Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies to maintain the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and strategies for client retention and business growth.
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold an active Missouri Property & Casualty License.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
Motivation: A strong desire to excel and provide excellent client service is essential.
Adaptability: Able to thrive in a hybrid remote working environment while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and virtual communication tools is advantageous.
