Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.Inbound Calls: Answer inquiries and provide assistance to clients over the phone.Policy Customization: Create personalized insurance plans based on client requirements.Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios through additional insurance products.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Proactive Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess a valid insurance license in the state of Florida.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
