Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage by recommending additional products.

Continuous Education: Stay updated on industry trends and developments to deliver informed guidance.

Licensing: Active Maryland Property & Casualty License required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or related field desirable.
