Are you an experienced veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $40,000k-$45,000k and our top earners can make $40,000-$60,000 in commission a year, total package for top performers is above $100,000. Warm leads provided.

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements and offering personalized solutions.
Account Management: Manage client accounts efficiently, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
Policy Recommendations: Provide expert advice on insurance policies, offering tailored solutions based on client needs and preferences.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by introducing additional insurance products that meet their needs.
Customer Retention: Proactively maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
Continuous Professional Development: Stay informed on industry trends and changes to provide up-to-date advice and solutions.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License is Required are willing to transfer one from another state to Ohio
Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
