Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Interact with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Sales Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities and convert inquiries into sales.
Policy Customization: Develop customized insurance plans that fulfill the unique requirements of each client.
Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately recorded in the company's CRM system.
Market Analysis: Keep up to date with market trends and competitor products to better serve clients.
Training: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
Licensing: Must have an active TN Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the White House, Tennessee area is a plus.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and other communication tools.
