Licensed/Intern Mental Health Therapist (NV) - ProHealth Wellness Group

• Must have a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling, or a Ph.D. in clinical psychology.
• Must have an active, or can obtain, an unrestricted clinical license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist in the STATE OF NEVADA.
• Must formulate a treatment plan utilizing information gained during the intake assessment.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a working knowledge of community resources.
• Have a desire to work with a wide variety of clients and clinical presentations.
• Have a CAQH profile and be willing to provide paperwork for insurance company credentialing.
• Have an open mind and be willing to learn.
• Be a productive team member with a positive attitude who is willing to collaborate with others.
• Must be willing to provide a state business license

• As a provider, the Site Clinical Supervisor, will function as the clinical lead of their cases and provide quality mental health treatment to individuals and families.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients ages 8 and older.
• Maintain a consistent caseload.
• Therapy will be provided via telehealth.
• Complete all necessary paperwork on time. (paperwork includes notes, consents, treatment plans, etc.)
• Diagnose appropriately as defined in the DSM.
• Coordinate with other treatment team members including, but not limited to, psychiatrist, APRN, rehab skills worker, and case manager.
• Attend clinical supervision each month.
• Complete prior authorizations for services.
• Respond to crisis management calls from current clients.
• Provide coverage when other staff members are on annual leave.
• Connect clients with community resources for unmet needs.
• Must maintain individual malpractice insurance with a minimum coverage of 1 million/3 million.
