Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

• Use your plumbing wizardry to diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial plumbing systems and products.

• Guide customers to intelligent, informed choices that maximize their comfort and meet their unique needs.

• Build strong customer relationships for sales success.

• Complete all general plumbing service calls.

• Get plumbing systems flowing again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions to fix their water woes.

• Meet (or exceed!) revenue goals with expert service.

• Shine as a professional to build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business.

• Collaborate with our customer service and dispatch experts to achieve business success.

• Keep your job sites and company vehicle clean, organized, and inventoried

• Never stop learning, growing, and sharing knowledge by participating in training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows, and company retreats.

• Handle invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and summary of findings and options sheets efficiently.

• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.

• Fri-Tues hours.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Licensed and savvy with local plumbing codes, turning on-the-job know-how into action

• Proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, and gas leak testing and repair

• Organization ninja with follow-through superpowers

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Integrity is your middle name, and you have a knack for building strong customer connections.

• A solo superstar with a passion for team triumphs!

Qualifications*

• NH Journeyman or Master Plumbing License? Check!

• 1+ years of experience with NexStar Service System? Awesome!

• Clean Driving Record? Let's Roll!
