Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Landscape Architect position include:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Must be a licensed Landscape Architect, with a preference for those also certified as a Consulting Arborist.
• Proficient in CAD software, particularly LAND FX.
• Ability to work remotely, manage projects independently, and engage in commercial and governmental projects.
• Responsible for overseeing tree assessments, planning, permitting, and coordination with local jurisdictions.
• Will manage relationships with large firms, developers, and architects, focusing on contracts spanning 3-5 years.
• Play a key role in the firm's transition, with a 6-month to 1-year pathway to potential ownership.
• Collaborate on stream buffer restoration plans and green infrastructure projects.
• Engage in public and private consulting, focusing on impactful environmental design.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
