Gotham Enterprises Ltd in California is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join. Our team As an LMFT, you will play a vital role in providing professional mental health services to a variety of patients. You will collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

SALARY

• $110,000 to $130,000 per year with full benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities

Formulates programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.

Monitors outcomes as a member of the team

Participates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.

Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.

Documents patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as LMFT in the California.
• Has a maximum 2 years of experience.
• Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
• Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
