Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to become part of our dynamic outpatient clinic. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and implementing treatment plans, and facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions. Your role will be crucial in helping clients overcome mental health barriers and attain their personal goals. Additionally, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, offer guidance to clients and their families, and keep abreast of best practices to ensure the highest quality of care in a supportive atmosphere.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provides counseling and crisis intervention for patients, addressing emotional and behavioral issues.
• Consults with family members and support systems on treatment and discharge planning.
• Updates physicians on patient progress, needs, and concerns.
• Maintains accurate clinical records and progress reports per departmental policies.
• Collaborates with healthcare team members to develop treatment plans and discharge strategies based on psychosocial assessments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Washington state licensure as LMFT.
• You have 2 year or more of experience in outpatient setting.

• Knowledgeable about cultural differences and their impact on mental health, striving to provide inclusive and sensitive care to diverse populations.
• You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
• You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
