As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play an instrumental role in delivering effective counseling services, conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and maintaining comprehensive clinical records. Salary: $120,000-$130,000 per year, plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities
• Formulates programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
• Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
• Participates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.
• Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
• Documents patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active California state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to the table, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services
• Show off your knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
