Qualified Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
• Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Massachusetts
• Proven experience in performing various massage therapy techniques
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pain management principles
• Ability to adapt massage techniques based on individual client needs and preferences
• Have a passion for helping others feel their best
• Are excited to bring their unique style to the treatment room
• Are eager for growth and desire to build on their modality mastery

Day-to-Day:

• Offer exceptional customer service by creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for each client
• Communicate clearly with clients to identify their needs and wellness goals while establishing clear expectations for the most appropriate treatment plan
• Perform high-quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs and conditions
• Utilize pain management techniques to alleviate discomfort and promote relaxation
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue and achieve their wellness goals
