Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000+
• Relocation Bonus Available

Responsibilities

• Flexible Scheduling
• Care Management and Consulting Openings Available
• Outpatient Setting: Primarily focusing on children and adolescents
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians, nurses, and psychologists
• Provide counseling and psychosocial support to individuals and families
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Supervision and Mentorship: Participate in ongoing training and supervision under an LCSW for professional development and clinical licensure hours

Requirements

• Compassionate Care
• Clear and Active LMSW License in the State of Missouri
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Experience in Child and Adolescent Therapy preferred
• Experience in an outpatient or integrated care setting preferred
• EMR Familiarity: EPIC Preferred
