About the Job
- Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
- Work location: Onsite; Everett, WA
- Compensation: $55 to $62 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the social, emotional, mental health, and economic needs of clients.
- Evaluate clients' situations, support systems, and resources to identify issues such as mental health conditions, housing instability, substance abuse, domestic violence, or other challenges.
- Develop an understanding of clients' strengths and weaknesses to tailor interventions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
- Set measurable objectives and timelines for progress, including recommending therapies, counseling, and other services.
- Serve as a case manager, coordinating services and resources for clients to help them access healthcare, housing, employment, education, and social services.
- Assist clients in navigating complex systems, such as medical care, public assistance, or the legal system.
- Monitor clients' progress and advocate on their behalf to ensure they receive the necessary support and resources.
Education Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
Experience
- 1 year, will accept new grads with clinical social work experience
Licenses and Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- MSW and LCSW preferred
- WA license
