Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs, including evaluations of emotional, behavioral, and cognitive functioning.
- Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health needs and goals.
- Therapy: Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help patients manage their mental health conditions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid PA State License as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor).
- PA Driver's License.
- BLS Certification.
- Relevant experience in a mental health setting.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
