Client Matching Approach: Our “white glove” client matching approach utilizes a team of trained consultants that match a client to therapist based off therapist’s strengths, passions, and specialties. We believe that the matching experience is more dynamic than simply reading a bio and looking at a headshot on the website.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist in the State of California.

Role: Enjoy the independence of private practice with the backing of a multi-specialty organization. As part of this role, you would need to meet a KPI of 80 per month, which will consist of a combination of your caseload, quality assurance tasks, and potential growth opportunities in the intake department and your very own specialized unit.

Additionally, your role would include 20 hours of administrative time, during which you will take on a variety of dynamic tasks such as:

Scheduling Department:

• Answering live calls
• Responding to voicemails
• Scheduling clients for your team
• Buddy System encompassed of 15 Licensed clinicians.

Client Services Department:

• Writing attendance, closure, status, warning, specialized, and case-by-case letters as needed by therapists

QA/Intake Department:

• Assisting the Quality Assurance (QA) department with surveys, emails, and letters
• Attending weekly staff meetings
• Completing training sessions in QA and intake under the supervision of a lead clinician, with these training hours counting toward your monthly KPi.

Compensation:

• 70-85k annually
