Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) - Full Time

Location: Falls Church Area

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in Virginia.
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
