Join our *team* at *Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH)*! We realize that the strength of our practice is our exceptional providers and staff. We are currently looking for an experienced, compassionate, and career-oriented *Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) *in our *Madison, Al *clinic.
_*We cannot hire LMSWs, LBSWs, ALCs etc. for this position. Only LICSW's and LPCs will be considered.*_
*Counselor Job Description*
* Our *Licensed Clinical Social Workers* and *Licensed Professional Counselors* (LPCs) work alongside IBH’s excellent psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners to provide *clinical therapy* in a traditional outpatient setting. Therapists are an integral part of our treatment team! This is an *in office position* at our outpatient clinic in *Madison, AL*.
*Counselor Salary and Benefits*
* Salary starting at $70,000/year
* Quarterly bonus
* Malpractice insurance provided
* Health Insurance premiums are shared by IBH

* Continuing Medical Education, including $500 for fees paid
* License fees paid up to $500 annually
* 160 hours of vacation, which includes holidays

*Counselor Responsibilities*
* Observe client behavior, assess needs and create treatment strategies
* Diagnose psychological, behavioral and emotional disorders
* Develop and put treatment plans in place in consultation with physicians, nurse practitioners and medical professionals
* Involve and consult with clients’ families during treatment
*Counselor Position Requirements*
* Active and unrestricted Social Work or LPC license in state of Alabama
* Ability to work without direct in-person supervision and practice autonomously
* Sound understanding of all federal and state regulations including HIPAA and OSHA
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and electronic medical records.
* Self guided determination to complete your notes inside of 24 hours

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
