Job Title: Mental Health Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized mental health assessments and treatment plans for older adults.
• Conduct therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about mental health issues and resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
