Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) – Make a Difference from Anywhere!

Through the power of virtual therapy, you’ll provide meaningful support to individuals across the country, helping them navigate their challenges and live healthier lives—all from the comfort of your own space.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Your Role:

• Offer remote therapy sessions that use evidence-based approaches, helping clients manage emotional and mental health challenges.
• Provide ongoing support, track client progress, and document sessions with care.
• Work alongside a compassionate team to ensure every individual gets the resources and guidance they need.
• Handle sensitive, high-risk situations with attention to safety and care protocols.
• Stay connected with the team through regular meetings, sharing insights and growing together.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
• At least 2 years of experience in delivering mental health services.
• Eagerness to continue learning and growing as a professional.
• Strong communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently with online platforms, including electronic medical records (EMR) and basic office tools.
