Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) – Support Others from the Comfort of Your Home

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote therapy sessions that are client-centered and based on proven therapeutic techniques.
• Support clients through their mental health journeys, tracking progress and maintaining clear records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and ensure clients receive necessary resources.
• Manage challenging situations with professionalism and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Participate in regular team check-ins to stay connected and aligned with our mission.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
• At least 2 years of experience in delivering mental health services.
• Eagerness to continue learning and growing as a professional.
• Strong communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently with online platforms, including electronic medical records (EMR) and basic office tools.
