Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) – Support Others from the Comfort of Your Home

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote therapy sessions that are client-centered and based on proven therapeutic techniques.
- Support clients through their mental health journeys, tracking progress and maintaining clear records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and ensure clients receive necessary resources.
- Manage challenging situations with professionalism and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular team check-ins to stay connected and aligned with our mission.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active California state license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
- At least 2 years of experience in delivering mental health services.
- Eagerness to continue learning and growing as a professional.
- Strong communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently with online platforms, including electronic medical records (EMR) and basic office tools.
