Position Details

• Full time
• Start ASAP
• M- F , 8a - 4:30p
• Integrated Services Team is a a recovery-oriented, holistic approach to supporting individuals who are diagnosed with a mental illness and an intellectual disability
• This program offers a team approach to service coordination and treatment for individuals who have encountered challenges succeeding in more traditional treatment settings.
•  Service delivery is achieved through integrated case management, medication management, mental health treatment, behavioral assessment, and subsequent development of positive behavioral support plans

Position Requirements

• Must hold one of the following:
  • California Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • California Licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker
  • Califonia Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
• Must have experience in either the intellectual developmental disabilities or behavioral health
• Will be required to provide services regionally which includes he CA Institutes of Mental Disease (IMD's), community resident's, and other community settings; such as; a coffee shop, work place or client office
