REMOTE AND IN PERSON, PART TIME OR FULL TIME

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a licensed mental health professional to join our dynamic team. We are seeking individuals with a valid license as a professional counselor (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). We are particularly encouraging newly licensed and BIPOC-identifying therapists to apply as we strive for a diverse workplace that reflects the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy using modalities such as narrative therapy, somatic approaches, Lifespan Integration Therapy, and other trauma-informed strategies, while ensuring the treatment is culturally affirming and inclusive of LGBTQ+ and GSD individuals.

  Collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide a holistic approach to client care that respects and integrates their cultural backgrounds.

  Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and adhere to Medicaid and OHP regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in team meetings and training sessions as necessary to foster professional development.

  
  

Qualifications Needed:

• Candidates must hold a valid Oregon state license to practice.

  
  


• 
  

  A strong background in working with diverse populations, especially within LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and immigrant or refugee communities, as well as experience with clients who speak various languages.

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated strong organizational skills, proficiency in communication, and effective problem-solving abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with trauma-informed practices and culturally responsive treatments is highly desirable.
