Salary Offer: $100,000 to $105,000 per year with full benefits

Responsibilities:

●      Conduct intake assessments and create tailored treatment plans for each client

●      Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions focused on various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, etc.

●      Collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive support for patients

●      Participate in continuous education opportunities to stay current with industry best practices

●      Contribute ideas to improve service delivery and program effectiveness

Requirements

Requirements:

●      Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution

●      Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)

●      Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges

●      Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly

●      Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
