Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - Woodlawn Care Center

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team
As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients and assist with their daily activities

Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with feeding and meal time management
- Provide care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to follow care plans
- Document patient information accurately through Point Click Care
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents

Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of an accredited nursing assistant program
- Experience in providing care in assisted living or acute care settings is preferred
- Proficiency in a long term care setting would be great
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Compassionate and empathetic nature towards patients

Job Types: Full-time, Per diem

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
