We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic and fully engaged Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the operations in one of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

 As Administrator, you will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with patient/resident needs, government regulations and Company policies, with a focus on providing excellent care for your patients and residents.

Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal

Strong leadership skills, including the ability to recruit, engage and retain quality teammates

The ability to execute on operational strategies to achieve financial and operational goals

Requirements/Qualifications:

 An active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator License in the state of Virginia

Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred

Experience in performance management and effective leadership.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Education:

Bachelors Degree

Experience:

Entry Level (0-2 years)
