Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee our facility's clinical and administrative functions. This role is crucial in ensuring that we maintain our high standards of care while fostering a supportive and compliant environment for both residents and staff.
Location: Pawling, NY
Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year (with benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all clinical and administrative functions within the facility.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive facility management system.
- Coordinate and manage all departments to ensure the delivery of quality care.
- Oversee financial management and budgeting for the healthcare facility.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Lead the facility's quality assurance processes.
- Advocate for the rights of residents, ensuring opportunities for choice and individualization of care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
- Current New York State LNHA Certification.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including email and document management.
- Strong background in performance management and effective leadership.
- Proven leadership and management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to relate professionally and work collaboratively with residents and staff at all levels.
