Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - Madison Health & Rehabilitation

To direct the day to day functions of the facility in accordance wiht current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern nursing facility to assure that the highest degree of quality care be provided residents at all times.

Responsibilities will encompass facility management, compliance management, facility staffing and rentention, business management, marketing and revenue management and community relations. Ensure excellent care for residentnts is maintained by overseeing and montioring patient care services delivered.

Responsible for financial performance and management of all business operations

Ensure committes and meetings are provided per company policy.

Must be able to promote a positive culture of success

Bachelors degree required plus a minimum of 2 years experience, 4 years preferred in a successful organization with proven outcomes in regulatory complaince. Must hold a current state of Kentucky Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing. Must exhibit sound judgement making skills along with patience, self-dicipline and compassion.
