Responsibilities

• Be outstanding at relationship building and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a level of retention and product loyalty for all customers with welcome calls, follow-ups to assure satisfaction, responding to queries, and problem solve.
• Using your detail orientation to ensure all clients have every discount opportunity applied.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
• Update customer information and schedule appointments for billing, policy reviews, etc.

• Must have a current Property and Casualty License
• Basic computer software knowledge
• Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills
• Fundamental Typing/data entry skills
• Professional office and phone etiquette
• Ability to be trained and coached with a positive attitude
