Job Title: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant - SNF (PTA) Full-Time

Location: Concord, CA

Salary: $31 - $45 per hour

Job Description:

Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients in a skilled nursing facility.

Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.

Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

Valid PTA license in California.

Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
