Licensed Plumber - Nandail Property Management

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, Install repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family residential environments.
• Experience performing repairs with copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping.
• Ability to detect sources of leaks within the confines of the building, underground, working internally and on the exterior of the building to find the source of error.
• Perform drain cleaning on plumbing systems
• Perform Sewage backup troubleshooting and repairs
• Work with blueprints and job specifications as it apply to the craft
• Identity proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
• Review blueprints, building codes, or specifications to determine work details or procedures.
• Keeps records of work assignments.
• Repairs, removes and / or replaces system components.
• Installs green plumbing equipment, such as faucet flow restrictors, dual-flush or pressure-assisted flush toilets, or tankless water heaters
• Welds small pipes or special piping, using specialized techniques, equipment, or materials, such as computer-assisted welding or microchip fabrication.
• Performs other business-related duties, as required.

Requirements:

• experience in multifamily maintenance or equivalent field
• HVAC and EPA certified(Not Mandatory)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required (Not Mandatory)

• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
• Must be flexible and dependable
• Must be a team player
• Travel is expected for this position.
• Must have a valid updated driver's license
• Must have own vehicle and tools.
