Requirements:
New York State Registered Licensed Practical Nurse
CPR Certification
Minimum one year prior experience
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
Graduate of an Accredited LPN program
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a short-term and/or Long-term rehab
