Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to medical concerns and emergencies as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Effectively communicate updates and status changes with family members, showcasing the LPN's strong interpersonal skills.
• Execute all job functions in strict adherence to State and Federal Regulations as required for a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Perform duties consistently with Quality Standards and Infection Control practices in alignment with the licensed practical nurse role.
• Hours: 3pm-11pm w/ rotating weekends, 40-hour workweek or Baylor Shift

 Qualifications:

• Willing to train recent LPN graduates to ensure they meet the high standards of a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, demonstrating the LPN's commitment to the profession.
• Hold an active LPN License
• CPR certification preferred, further enhancing the skills of a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Skilled Nursing is preferred
