(Local/Travel both acceptable)
(Local will be considered only those who live within 50 miles and Travelers must be beyond 50 miles)
Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM (Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat)
Contract Duration: 9 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Summary:
We seek a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Hampton facility for a 9-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensure compliance with medical protocols, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the medical team.
• Perform routine procedures such as checking vital signs, administering medications, and documenting patient progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with established protocols.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding care plans.
• Comply with all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Valid LPN license in New Hampshire/Compact.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be willing to float to different units as needed.
