HCLTech is looking to hire a Nurse. We need candidates who hold a nursing license (RN or LPN) and preferably have contact center experience.

Looking for candidates in Horsham, PA or Kings Mountain, NC – First preference is to look for the candidate at either of the locations.

Detailed description/responsibilities:

Summary: Responsible for providing premier customer service on inquiries, processing order, explaining client products, coaching, and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous, clear and concise manner.

• RN/LPN License (any state)
• Some call Center experience preferred (even better if they have provided information to callers)
• Customer Service is a must (you can argue that all nursing is customer service though)
• some technical skills - microsoft office/ worked in a CRM system
