Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN - Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center

As a LPN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents: administrating medication administer injections and assist with procedures and documentation, monitoring the resident's vitals. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants.

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time with rotation weekends. $2.00 Shift Diff for PM and NOC 

$10,000 bonus paid biweekly over first year of employment for Fulltime employees 

10,000 New Sign on bonus for Full time employees! (4.80 extra per hour)

$5000 for part time employees! ($2.40 extra per hour)
