Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M
• Evening Shift: 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M
• Night Shift: 11:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M

Your Role: As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Mineral Springs, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring patient health and reporting changes to the medical team.
• Assisting with daily living activities and providing emotional support.
• Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional care.
