Key Responsibilities:
As an LPN at Ambassador Healthcare, you will:
- Accurately manage and administer prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs.
- Perform medical procedures, including wound care and treatments, with precision and compassion.
- Diligently document all aspects of resident care, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and resident rights, in line with HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the State of Florida.
- Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing.
