A chain of nursing homes is looking to immediately hire several qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who are looking for a stable and stress-free lifestyle.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with no weekend coverage or on-call schedule.

The compensation is purely based on an RVU system and without a base salary. The current staff is earning an average of $75,000 to $85,000 per year plus a generous benefits package.

Each coder is expected to code about 15 patient charts per day..
