Job Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Long Term Care (LTC) Geriatrics
- A current, unrestricted state specific Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from either an accredited instructor from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- A minimum of one-year paid LPN work experience within the past year of direct patient care in a Long-Term-Care (LTC) or Geriatrics environment.
- COVID-19 Vaccination
