Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities Include:

• Provide quality care to residents under the direction of registered nurses and physicians
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• LPN in NJ
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
