As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Charlotte Bay, you'll work closely with our Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to deliver exceptional care. Your duties will include administering medications and treatments while adhering to federal, state, local, and facility guidelines.

Earn Up to $33.00 Per Hour in Direct Hire Rates!

Your Responsibilities:

• Procure prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as necessary
• Execute designated care plans tailored to residents' unique needs
• Perform assigned duties such as wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Maintain meticulous documentation of observations, interventions, and assessments related to residents
• Uphold the privacy and rights of residents, families, colleagues, and facility data, following HIPAA protocols

Qualifications:

• Possess a Valid LPN License in the Vibrant State of Florida
• Preferably, Bring Experience in the Realm of Skilled Nursing
