Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN),  Springville NY.  Arcade NY.

Bertrand Chaffee Primary Care

Full Time.  Days.  Monday - Friday.  8 hour shifts.

Compensation is based on experience. $26.08 - $29.91 per hour. Sign-On Bonus $5,000

As key member of our Primary Care team located both in Springville and Arcade NY, you'll perform patient care tasks including case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and providing supportive and restorative care within the established care plan. Duties include rooming, vitals, history, injections, dressing wounds, preparing patient for tests, providing feedback to physician and physician assistants.  Other standard duties as assigned.

Requires:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of accredited Licensed Practical nursing program
• Licensed and currently registered as a NYS Licensed Practical Nurse 
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
