LPN REHAB NIGHTS 630P-7A/shift might be 6p-6a-both times are listed on order. 13 WKS Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36, but contract gives us rights to call them off up to 3x without penalty due to low census Weekend Hours: Every other Call Requirements: No on-call Required Certifications: BLS Years of Experience: 2+ Float Requirements: No Additional Notes: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 49 Patient Ratios: 6 to 1 EHR: Epic Supervisor: Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: Hiring Profile: Preferred Skillset/Experience: EPIC, Rehab (0r at least acute care) First Day Instructions: Scrub Color: Any Time to Report: 8am on first day Parking: Free and simple
