What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care as warm and comforting as a fall breeze.
• Administer medications and treatments with the skill and care of a seasoned professional.
• Deliver exceptional care in both English and Spanish, porque hablamos tu idioma.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health, updating records and helping our residents feel their best.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to create and implement personalized care plans.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment, because we know "clean" is key to great care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and your healthcare team to provide the best possible care.

What You Bring:

• A current LPN license in the state of New Mexico—because we love our locals!
• CPR certification—we want you to be ready for anything, just like at the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta!
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a bonus.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities—whether it's "si, por favor," or a friendly "hello," you’ll make everyone feel welcome.
