Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary

1.      Medication administration and treatment administration.

2.      Charge Nurse role for oversight of certified nursing assistants to monitor care provided.

3.      Team member to monitor effectiveness of the patient/resident's plan of care

4.      Participate in the care planning process

5.      Reporting to Nurse Manager/Nursing Supervisor/ADON

1.      Valid LPN Practical Nurse License

2.      CPR certification
