Position Details:

· Type: Full-time LVN/LPN

· Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends

· Salary: Starting at $20/hour and up

What You'll Do:

· Obtain vital signs (temperature, heart rate, pulse ox, blood pressure, and weight)

· Insert saline/heparin locks and urinary catheters

· Provide advanced life support and wound care

· Assist with pelvic exams, EKGs, and lab tests

· Administer medications (oral, intramuscular, IV, etc.)

· Apply splints and sterile dressings, remove sutures/staples

· Perform venipuncture and TB skin tests

· Stay flexible for cross-training and go above and beyond for our team

· Occasionally tackle tasks outside your normal scope - every day is different here!

Onboarding Process: All newly hired employees must participate in a 4-day training session in Texarkana, TX, as part of their onboarding process.
