A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) is needed at a faith-based outpatient mental health clinic in Wooster, OH.

The organization is looking for a Supervisor who will also maintain their own caseload. Part-time and Full-time options are available, and billable/clinical hours vary depending on how many hours an LPCC-S wants to work. Supervisory duties are included in clinical/billable hours.

Salary and Benefits

• Starting salary for this position is $57,000 – $71,250 depending on years of experience (these figures are for a 30-hr or 40-hr work week, higher salaries may be offered to candidates with extensive experience in supervisory positions)

Responsibilities

• Make your own schedule - clinics are open Monday through Saturday. Receptionist is available M-F. Some evening availability is required, depending on caseload.
• Work with patients of all ages in one-on-one counseling sessions. Ability to diagnose mental health disorders is required.
• On-site outpatient role.
• Provide therapy in the areas of anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, parent-child problems, or serious mental illnesses, substance abuse/dual diagnosis.
• Supervise other social workers, interns and clinical staff. Supervisory duties are part of the “billable/clinical” hours one chooses to work.

Requirements

• Active LPCC-S Licensure in the State of Ohio
• Experience and education in diagnosing behavioral health disorders
• Prior supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting
• Comfortable discussing one’s faith if a patient inquires about it
