Job Title: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy services to high-risk offenders.
• Utilize evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques.
• Assess residents' psychological needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups to promote emotional and behavioral change.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling or related field.
• Current LPC licensure in the state.
• Experience with high-risk populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
